Field Call Services- Empire Collection Authorities offers field call and debt collection services. We can be your eyes and ears in the local area, confirming addresses and the state of the property of your clients saving you time and money in your consumer debt collection process.
Letters

The series of letters sent to the debtor by ECA constitute a very powerful demand for payment. Each letter is progressively stronger than the one before, and each has proven itself time and time again. The actual wording of the letters is based on the type of collection you have identified to us. The three categories available are delinquent payment, NSF check, and judicial judgment.
Pre-Collection Services
ECA's pre-collection services help you effectively manage delinquent accounts in order to retain customers and reduce charge-offs. Our pre-collection services improve cash flow and reduce enterprise-wide costs through rapid deployment of personnel resources, complemented by the facilities in which to house them, the technology to support them and professional expertise to deliver the required pre-collection results.

The judgment recovery division of Empire Collection Authorities, Inc. was started in 2002 in response to a demand for dependable, effective post-judgment services. At Judgment Recovery Service, we provide services to clients of judgment recovery and enforcement - always at our expense
Collection Service tools
Upon assignment for collection the 1st notice, “Notice of Default,” as required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is sent to the consumer, which includes the federal validation statement. The account is then referred to a collector who will make follow-up calls.
Our collection units include collectors that are trained in the latest and most innovative collection and skip tracing techniques. All accounts are personally handled by phone contacts and mail via computer programming, which recycles the accounts every ten days for collection review or as designated by follow-up methods for scheduled payments. Accounts are reviewed for legal activity when other collection efforts have been exhausted
Our primary objective is to collect your claim as quickly as possible, with the least cost to you. Thus, wherever your debtor is located, we will generally attempt to collect through our own in-house efforts.
We are committed to representing, managing, and enforcing the rights of creditors and enabling those individuals and businesses who take a risk on others to realize a return on their investment.
Licensed and Bonded
OperationsWork begins immediately on your assignments and we acknowledge the accounts to you in writing. When a collection is made in one month, we will remit to you before the 20th of the following month. If a payment is made to you, we ask that you inform us so that we can credit the account and bill you for the appropriate fees.
Recovery Rate
Our recovery rate for the previous year was 33.7%, which is 16-19% higher than the national average of 19.8% (according to the American Collector’s Association).
We have customized computer software that tracks and reports on all aspects of handling collection accounts, and we actively retain seven years of collection history in our system, including number of accounts, amounts assigned, payment transactions, status changes and all legal activity.
